Welcome
Adrian Buckley's pictures combine a vision of scenes from the furthest regions of outer space with an artist's eye for visual beauty.
No amount of words can do them justice but a checklist of themes would include aliens, alternate worlds, cities, dystopias, fantastic voyages, lost worlds, machines, parallel worlds, robots, space flight, stars , galaxies and much more.
But, like I said, words do not cover visual material and my best advice is, "Take a look at them" and while you're at it, enlarge them as much as you can. The bigger they are the better they look! They're out of this world!
Adrian Buckley's pictures certainly make you think! They evoke a transient past, present and future coming together for a while, then dissipating, moving away again, going back and forward into their separate entities, their separate worlds.
I don't know if this makes sense, but it feels as if something very powerful or apocalyptic has been or is or even will be occurring to make this brief meeting happen - a reassurance that in spite of everything, life goes on, in all its forms.
